Morteza Yousefzadeh, arrested during Iran’s January 2026 nationwide protests, has been sentenced to 10 years in prison by the Tehran Revolutionary Court. He remains held in Greater Tehran Prison.

Three Baha’i citizens, Hengameh Sharifinia, Fouad Abdolghaffari, and Fahim Agahi, were sentenced to a combined 35 years in prison by a Tehran Revolutionary Court. Their property was also confiscated, and additional restrictions imposed.

Parviz Bangini, 29, has been sentenced to eight months in prison by the Bukan Revolutionary Court on the charge of “propaganda against the regime,” as reported by Kolbar News. He was previously detained for 35 days and denied access to a lawyer and family contact.
